Adam has been a founder and finance leader at multiple startups with multiple exits up to $1.9bn. He discovered his passion for working with disruptive founders and being a guide and helper on the startup journey. Working with early-stage companies is most gratifying because good advise and gumption can be the difference between mere survival and dominance.

Dana set her sights on an accounting career early on. After obtaining her CPA she worked in public accounting for 10 years doing audit and tax. She left public accounting fueled by a passion for problem-solving and a genuine desire to help businesses thrive. She's been designing processes, implementing efficiencies and providing insights that fuel informed decisions for the past 15 years.

Mike Cayer has been the General Counsel and Secretary of several private and public companies, providing strategic and operational legal advice to high-growth technology start-ups and established industry players. His stops have included Nuvolo, TraceLink, Acquia, BladeLogic and Saville Systems where he established the legal function, had responsibility for all contracts review and negotiation, partnership assessment/structuring, and project management for strategic corporate transactions, including over $500 million of private and public financings and both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions worth over $2 billion. In addition, he advises and manages Boards of Directors and manages intellectual property protection, licensing, litigation, employment, facilities and risk management.  Mike, who holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, began his legal career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston.

Alexis Kavazanjian is an experienced People Operations Executive who works with organizations on a fractional, advisory and project basis from seed stage to series D. She has led and advised the HR and Talent Acquisition function for over 15 years and has owned and been responsible for all HR functions including recruiting, performance management, talent development, compensation, compliance and employee relations. Alexis has advised CEOs, People Leaders, and VC’s in people strategy and specializes in helping companies build a strong people operations foundation, create top-notch employee experiences, avoid expensive mistakes, and plan for the future. She provides both tactical and strategic support across all areas of HR and Recruiting to keep organizations on track.
